SylfirmQ is a signature treatment protocol developed by Dr. Honrado that layers three complementary modalities into one carefully sequenced session: a HydraFacial to deeply cleanse and prime the skin, SylfirmX dual-wave RF microneedling to remodel collagen and address pigment and redness, and a BioRePeel biphasic peel to brighten and refine the surface. Combined, they are designed to amplify results across tone, texture, firmness, and clarity while keeping downtime minimal.
Treatment Overview
Session Time
As a multi-step protocol, total session time is longer than a single treatment and is reviewed at consultation. Topical numbing is used for the SylfirmX portion. Candidacy and sequencing are personalized.
Downtime
Typically little to no downtime, with mild redness for roughly 24–48 hours and little to no swelling. Most patients return to social activities within about a day, and makeup may generally be applied after 24 hours. Sun protection is essential during recovery.
Results Timeline
Skin looks refreshed and clarified soon after the session, with continued improvement as collagen remodeling progresses over the following weeks to months. A series of sessions may be recommended for optimal results and is planned during consultation.

The protocol is designed to improve overall skin quality — firmness and laxity, fine lines, pore size, uneven tone, dullness, and surface texture — by addressing the skin at multiple depths in a single visit. The HydraFacial preparation optimizes the skin surface, SylfirmX drives deeper dermal collagen and elastin remodeling while calming redness and pigment irregularity, and BioRePeel adds brightening and biostimulation. The sequence is calibrated to each patient's skin type and concerns.
The session is sequenced so each step enhances the next. HydraFacial first cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates to prepare the skin. SylfirmX then delivers radiofrequency energy below the surface through insulated microneedles, cycling between a continuous wave for deep collagen tightening and a pulsed wave that selectively targets superficial vessels and pigment. A BioRePeel biphasic complex completes the protocol to brighten and stimulate fibroblast activity. A topical Exosome or Secretome application may be added to accelerate recovery and enhance results.
