Cancellation Policy

This policy is being disclosed to you, the cardholder, to comply with our credit card processor requirements informing you of the following specifications related to canceling, rescheduling or “no showing” for services that are being scheduled with Carlo P. Honrado, M.D., Inc.
We require a credit card to be placed on file to hold your appointment. By scheduling an appointment with us, you are acknowledging your understanding of the policy, the requirements, and are subject to the following terms:
Timely Cancellations
Appointments may be canceled by you, the cardholder, without a cancellation fee being applied if a minimum of 24-hour notice is provided to the practice.
Late Cancellations
If you, the cardholder, contact the business to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hours notice, or fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, this is considered a "Late-Cancellation" and is subject to 50% of the scheduled service(s) fee(s).
Minimum Cancellation Fee
The minimum cancellation fee is 50% of the quoted service fee. For appointments that have an undetermined fee at the time of booking, the minimum cancellation fee is $250 per 30 minutes of reserved time.
Late Arrivals
Late appointment arrivals impacting the completion of service are subject to being charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) to the cardholder.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation emails are sent 4 days in advance of appointments to the contact information given at time of booking. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for parking and check in.
