§ 2 — What We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide or that is passively generated by your visit.

Contact Form Submissions

When you submit a consultation inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the message you write. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Anonymous Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. Plausible does not use cookies, does not store personal data, and does not track users across websites. It collects only aggregate, anonymous statistics (e.g., page views, country of origin). No personal information is involved.

AI Chat (Mentis)

If you use the Mentis AI assistant on this website, your conversation messages are sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses. Conversation history is stored temporarily in your browser's session storage only — it is not stored on our servers. No PHI is collected or transmitted through this chat.

Browser Preferences

We store certain preferences (such as your privacy consent choice and audio player state) in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

§ 3 — How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to consultation inquiries submitted through our contact form
  • To send transactional emails confirming receipt of your inquiry (via Google Gmail API)
  • To improve website content and user experience using aggregate analytics data
  • To power the Mentis AI assistant's responses to your questions
  • To maintain the security and integrity of our website

We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or behavioral targeting. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.

§ 4 — Cookies and Browser Storage

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless. We use browser localStorage for storing your preferences (consent record, audio state). See our Cookie & Storage Policy for full details.
