Where can I find fees for procedures and treatments?

Our fees (cosmetic surgical, cosmetic non-surgical) are quoted at the time of consultation or after a conversation with Dr. Honrado regarding the service or treatment you are interested in.

Does Dr. Honrado perform all cosemtic non-surgical treatments himself?

Yes. Dr. Honrado is the sole provider for all cosmetic non-surgical and surgical treatments and procedures.

What is the New Patient Office Visit Fee?

Does Dr. Honrado accept insurance?

Dr. Honrado is considered Cash Pay. Cash Pay means the patient is responsible to pay the physician directly for medical services without the involvement of insurance companies.

Can I get a receipt to submit to my insurance?

Absolutely. Upon request we will provide a detailed receipt of procedures performed. Please keep in mind the complexity of insurance billing. In most cases we are required to obtain a Pre-Authorization for medical surgeries. This Pre-Authorization is a formality for Facility Fees and in no way implies or guarantees that your insurance will consider any or part of the Surgeon’s Fees.

What is the advantage of choosing Dr. Honrado if he doesn’t accept my insurance?

As a patient you can choose to select an In-Network, Out-of-Network or a Cash Pay physician. The main difference our patients experience is dedicated time and care, and the ability to have their surgery performed as soon as it is needed in the comfort of a private, fully-accredited surgical facility. Facilty and Anesthesia Group fees are billed to your insurance.

Why do you ask for my insurance if Dr. Honrado is Cash Pay?

Third parties are routinely engaged as s part of providing care. The surgical facility, scan facilities, and labs are typically In-Network with your plan. This ensures we forward your information to those third party providers so we can quote your surgery properly, and/or for the facilities and labs, to have what they need for their billing purposes.

How do I know if my concern is Cosmetic or Medical?

Although you may be experiencing difficulty with proper function (ex: vision or breathing), if your concern is to address the challenge, your concern is medically related. The moment you introduce any expectation of an outer physical enhancement, we have moved into a hybrid quote (Cosmetic + Medical). Directing, requesting, relaying preference or concern with the physical outcome, is considered Cosmetic. There are times a cosmetic outome occurs due to the nature of the surgery. This however is considered a side-effect of the surgery and cannot be directed by the patient in any way. Should you wish an outer physical enhancemen the concern is Cosmetic.
